This Editorial Policy explains how ScholarPaths researches, writes and updates its scholarship guides, so you know what to expect from the information on this site.
Our purpose
ScholarPaths exists to help students find, qualify for and win scholarships for study abroad. Every guide should answer three questions clearly: what does the award cover, who can apply, and when and how do you apply.
How we research
We base our guides on official sources wherever possible — the scholarship provider, the university, or the relevant government body. We check award amounts, eligibility rules, required documents and deadlines against those sources before we publish. Where an official source is unclear, we say so rather than guessing.
Accuracy and updates
Scholarship details change, sometimes at short notice. We review our guides regularly and update them when award terms change. Each guide is dated, and we correct errors promptly when they are pointed out to us. Even so, always confirm the details with the official provider before you apply — the official guidance is the final word.
Independence
Our guides are written independently. Scholarship providers do not pay us to list or recommend their awards, and no provider can pay for a favourable write-up. Where we link to an official application page, the link is there because it is useful to you, not because we were paid to include it.
What we do not do
We do not guarantee that any application will succeed, and we do not write applications or essays for individual students. We do not publish leaked or unverified award information, and we do not present rumours or social media posts as facts.
Corrections
If you find an error, or an award has changed, please contact us or email IamNikdane@gmail.com. Tell us the page, what is wrong, and, if you can, a link to the official source. We will check it and correct the guide.
